working towards my first collection. I recently was lucky enough to spend time at the utterly unique Cill Rialaig Artist Village beside Ballinskelligs. Everyone who goes there falls head over heels for that special place. Thanks to Noelle Campbell Sharpe for keeping those tourist buses out.

A poem I wrote many years ago when between teaching classes I would walk to Seapoint and go for a swim. This was when swimming spots on weekday afternoons were solitary places. Before the lust for the sea took its hold during and since covid.
